We are a non-profit organization, your ticket purchase supports the MMA, and helps to offset the many costs associated with the event such as beer, security, insurance, equipment, etc.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAre there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?\n\nAll attendees must be 21 or older to enter, even if they are designated drivers and are not drinking. A valid government photo ID is required for entry, with NO exceptions.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat is the refund policy?\n\nTickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIs my registration/ticket transferable? How do I transfer my ticket to another attendee?\n\nNO, tickets are NOT transferable. Purchaser name will be checked against ID-holder name at the entrance. \n\n\n\n\n\nDo I have to print my receipt or need a ticket for the event?\n\nNo ticket or printed receipt is required, your name is on a list at check-in, be sure to bring your ID for entry. \n\n\n\n\n\nWhat if I am not feeling well the day of the event ?\n\nWe encourage attendees to self screen, and stay home if you are not feeling well.\n\n\n\n\n\nCoats?\n\nCoat Racks will be available on the Ground Floor.\n\n\n\n\n\nNo Smoking\n\nVaping and smoking are not permitted in the Museum.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGuest Policy\n\nAll guests are expected to drink responsibly and ensure a safe, responsible means of transportation before leaving the Museum.
