Internships
Internships at the Muskegon Museum of Art are a great way to learn and gain experience in the museum industry.
Interns at the MMA typically work in a variety of areas, giving them experiences across the board to get a behind-the-scenes understanding of how the museum operates from different areas and perspectives. Interns work closely with staff members and are given projects ranging from organizing documents, helping in the M Museum Store, posting to social media, and even painting the gallery walls. If there is a specific area of interest, we can accommodate for an intern to focus in a given area.
