POSTCARD SALON IS OPEN
Alcoa Foundation/Ernest and Marjorie Cooper Gallery
The annual Postcard Salon, rescheduled from earlier this year, is now open. Postcard Salon showcases the amazing creativity of our artist community and this year, setting a record, around 1,700 cards by nearly 600 artists are on display.
The 4 x 6 inch artworks in the show were created in a wide array of media and theme. Peruse all the artworks and choose your favorites to purchase in the Sale on October 30 & 31. Please note: The occupancy limit for this gallery is 5 guests (but plenty of other exhibition galleries are open to enjoy if there’s a wait).
Cards that were submitted earlier in the year before the Salon was rescheduled comprise the exhibition.
Purchase original artworks for $30 each!
Friday, October 30, 1:00 – 4:00 pm; and
Saturday, October 31, 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
In consideration for others, we are asking guests to keep their shopping to under 10 minutes.
Exclusive MMA Member Hours
Membership has its perks!
MMA members-only entry and sales will be offered
Friday, October 30, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm.
Gallery occupancy limits will apply.
Due to healthy and safety measures gallery occupancy is limited to five guests. Visitors wanting to spend more time enjoying the cards are encouraged to visit in advance of the sale dates of October 30 and 31.
You may pick up your unsold artwork beginning Wednesday, November 4. Cards left after December 30, 2020 become the property of the MMA.
The 2021 Postcard Salon scheduled for early winter has been cancelled, as it runs too close to the 2020 showing. Look for the Salon to return in late January/early February of 2022.
