May 9 | Elizabeth Catlett
Celebrate the life and art of Black American, Mexican Citizen, and Social Activist, Elizabeth Catlett. Her prints and sculpture celebrate black and brown women of the United States, Latin America, and Africa , as well as supporting the Black Civil Rights movements in the U.S.
Her life in Mexico provides the inspiration for our Cinco de Mayo themed EVENING event which will feature festive decor and includes a box of Mexican nibbles, along with a cash bar.
